You can't afford a B16 but can afford an LS? There's not that much of a difference in price between them.
There's plenty of wiring info in the FAQ. You'll need to convert to MPFI then mod the harness to work with the new motor (and adding VTEC if you get the B16). Get to reading.

I WOULD NOT BUY A STOLEN MOTOR. I PROLLY PRESENTED IT WRONG I MEANT TO SAY THAT THEY STEAL GOOD MOTORS AND AT THE MOMENT I CANT AFFORD TO GET A B16 ESPECIALLY IF THEY GONNA STEAL IT.<----BETTER WORDS. I WANT A LS FOR NOW CUZ I KNOW THEY WONT BOTHER IT

TRUE I COULD DO THE SWAP FOR CHEAP ITS JUST THAT EVERY ONE AROUND MY WAY IS A EG D*** RIDERS AND NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT EFS. THERE IS LIKE 10% EFERS OUT HERE AND THEY HAVE SOMETHING SO SERIOUS THAT THEY THINK THEY COULD CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG
You shouldn't care what other people think of your car. Let them ride EG dick.
Do the MPFI swap on your DX engine as an inexpensive start, then go from there.

i got my dx ef hatch that had already been converted to mpfi- i've had several dual points and for obvious reasons always hated them. i never thought a 1.5 dx would go as well as it does when converted to mpfi, 3rd gear hill climbing and cruising comfortable at 30mph in 5th, saving gas and definetly enough power. multi point's got to be a cheap conversion, i've never done it myself just on a single, only to prep for a b-series, so just doing that alone to your d-series will give impressive results IMO, then you can get a z6/y8 head and p28 and all of that, keep your stock valve cover, and have a little mini-me without "d16__" stamped on the block, if you care about people thieving your d-series.
dseries motors are under-rated, and easy to hate on because it's what your car came with and someone else's b-series ef seems cooler. not always the case, saving money and doing your own thing can be much better than paying whatever it takes to have a "cool" car or setup. at the end of the night, if you've done what you want, how you want, THAT should be a lot cooler to you than impressing people.
(my two cents)
