Hello fellas it's been awhile since I've posted, I used to own a 4door 95 Integra GSR but I wrecked it back in Feb. of 2005. I had I/H/E on it and a p28 with skunk 2 chip, but now i've moved on almost 3 years later to a 1999 Prelude. I bought the car in northern cali with 63k everything stock. I bought it from an older man and he basically drove it to work and back which was only 10min from his house. I will try and get pictures up later this week the car looks 2 years old it's amazing how fresh it looks. So what I want to know is what do you guys consider to be the best mods for the H22. should I could go the same as i did with integra I/H/E or maybe something else? Any suggestions would be great thanks guys!

Oh im not looking to do any FI plus i've heard H22's dont respond well to it because of the high compression.........

 

congrats on the purchase. As for first mods, just do the basics, then move on from there.

 

You can change the compression of the engine, and it'll take to boost just fine, if it's built properly.

Best advice to give you, decide what you're going to do before you buy anything. There's no point in buying basic stuff for now, if you plan on building something later that the basic stuff isn't going to work with. Don't waste your money.

 

Yea im looking to build the motor as a sleeper im gonna leave everything stock on the outside and only work on building a non FI motor. So basically what have you guys noticed to be the best mods for this year lude besides I/H/E? Also one quick question is the 1999 motor the first year it went up to 200hp or was that 00-01? Sorry new to preludes so not familiar with the basic info.
