Euro R manifold VS ITR manifold RBC vs PRC???

Which one would you guys think is better? and why? say your car is completly stock and you wanted to swap manifolds which one would you guys choose? how much more hp would I gain?

RBC, but if you are completely stock you will lose power. You will need Kpro at the minimum to extract power from it.

despite losing power below 4000 RPMs you will be faster regardless.
