would it be possible to convert an 03 rsx to the 05-06 look interms of head and tail lights

i think you need fenders, bumper & headlights for the front. and the rear the tails and the rear bumper. but the tails have to be rewired.

 

Yes, it is possible. Many have done this already.

 

Fenders are not needed for the front. I believe the front needs to be rewired as well.

 

you won't need fenders, but you will need the headlights, front bumper, and headlight brackets. the high beam side will need to be rewired to accept 9005 and use the city light. you will also need the rear bumper, tail light brackets, and tail lights and to drill a hole so the car will accept the tail lights. the rears will need to be rewired as well.
