Default need opinions about internals

Ok so I'm thinking about taking the next step in my modding and getting new internals. I was thinking about getting all skunk 2 products. Skunk 2 cam gears, valves, retainers, springs, throttle body, and cam gears. Is skunk 2 a pretty quality and dependable brand that can take high rpm revs and heat? I was also wondering if I should get regular skunk 2 valves or the high compression ones. What's the difference between them? What's faster and what could take more abuse? I also wanted to know what stage cam shafts I should get. Keep in mind that this is going to be my daily driver/street car so I don't want my car to be wasting hella gas and stuff by just idleing. I also need some opinions on what size throttle body I should get. And one last thing, I want quality parts for a price not too expensive. Otherwise I'd get mugen and spoon products. But ya, let me know your opinions! Thanks a lot guys<3

Skunk2 makes great products. As for what cams what compression you runnin? What motor are you building. I am currenly runnin 12to1 comp. wuith skunk2 PRO1 cams and valvtrain. The PRO1 have gobs of torque and a great top end. The valves would raise the compression a little bit. I also get bout 30mpg with a good tune. Whats your budget and what motor you usin?

Well right now I have a b18c. So far I have a skunk 2 intake manifold, and I/H/E. You know, the basics. Now with the cams, I was either gonna go with the stage 2 tuner series or the stage 1 pro series. But first I will be getting the valves. But I'm still not sure if I should get the regular or the High compression ones. What size throttle body do you think I should get? Well I really don't have a budget. I'm gonna get the mods probably every 2 weeks, so ya. Oh and I have a 95gsr. Oh and I also don't know the compression ratio at the moment, its just the stock b18c compression.

. I would get the pro1 cams. much better than the stage2. You would need bout 12to1 comp. With higher compression comes 91 octane. You do not need to change the valves unless you want to. I am runnin eable H-beam rods with Arias 12to1 pistons and ARP hardware. I have lots of torque and high end power. My head is fully built with skunk2 cams, valvetrain, and gears. If you build somethin similar you can turn bout 8500rpm, must use ARP hardware. My car is also a daily driver that gets better mileage than my stock LS.
