Like the title says; has anyone every come across a master cylinder rebuild (seals) kit that would work on a 1" 1994 GSR non-abs MC?

Nope. Just buy a new one

 

OEM is around $220; new o-rings would be a fraction of that.

 

I have not seen a rebuild kit. Have you called a local parts store for a rebuilt MC? it will be less than $220.

 

Yeah, I've called most of the local auto parts dealers. None of them have a rebuild kit anymore. I ordered a new MC from checker a while back for only $57 but even after assuring me it was 1" bore a 15/16" MC arrived.
