Default E-Brake light on with vtec?

Yo, my e-brake light comes on *OCCASIONALLY* when I hit vtec, seems to only happen late at night (cold outside) and when my engine is cold... Any clue why? Thanks ahead of time

Hahaha, sometimes you just gotta tap into vtec. Sometimes I go out late just to drive if I'm bored, that's when this happened.

My brake fluid is almost to the min line, the sensor is struggling to read it. This is probably the problem, thanks guys!
