92 VX hesitates during WOT

When I shift to the next gear and it's WOT, the car hesitates for a second and then goes. It's not bogging at all, but it just hesitates. Seems like it's not getting enough gas? Can anybody help or have an opinion? tks

I don't have any codes.. How do I check if the TPS is ok or not?
