Fuel or Main Relay - And where to buy?

I have a few questions related to the relays on a Honda.
First, could the fuel relay cause the car to randomly not start?
Is it ok to buy a main or fuel relay from ebay? and if not, where is the best place to get one at a good price?
Last, where exactly is the fuel relay located on a 95 HB?
If I am not mistaken, is the main relay behind the passenger side panel?

Main relay.
Drivers side fuse box area.
1 10mm bolt holds it in.
Go to your local honda dealership, buy an oem unit & be happy.

random no start - yes
main relay can be repaired if you can solder.
location - above the underdash fuse box.
