Default JDM b16 help

Got a JDM b16 engine in 91 civic SI, Im getting plenty of fuel timing is good and im getting spark but still wont fire. car ran fine up to two days ago then it just started acting up. Checked main relay i checked timing, its all good. fuel and spark are good as well. new cap rotor and plugs and wires. any ideas.

check your fuel return? what is your fuel pressure? check map sensor voltage, compression test, leakdown if possible.

Well, no wonder it won't start.

4 is crank position sensor and 9 is the cylinder sensor. Sounds like you need to re-wire or replace your distributor.

If it was running fine a few days ago and this just started, I'd say your distributor is toast.

I believe you are throwing 2 codes... 4 and 9 correct??

4 =crank position sensor
9=cylinder sensor

Both sensors are in your distributor. I would say replace your dizzy with a known working one. Make sure to get the correct one for your motor.

SIR and XSI jdm b16's are different dizzy numbers!!
