well i was out driving and my oil presure guage stop working for some reason. I was getting on it when this happen, so any advice or why this happen please chime in. Im thinking my oil pump went out..

 

put a known good gauge on it go from there. if you cant, pull it apart.

 

this may sound stupid, but did you check the sensor wire? this happened to me like 3 days ago. i freaked out and shut the car off at like 60mph. my wire just came loose from the sensor

Thats what im hoping happen, but i put the screw on the sensor pretty tight so doubt it came off.

 

do you have solid motor mounts? i do and i have things back out all the time because of it. no matter how tight i put them. i had my alternator bolts on the top and bottom back out last week. oil pressure backed out, and an exhaust manifold bolt too. **** just happens sometimes. hope thats all it was bro
