2.0 B18C?
can i bore my block out to get the displacement i want or am i going to have to sleeve the block? Are there sleeves that are better to run than others? i plan on running the car N/A. Will the stock rods be ok as long as i dont rev the motor too high?
Dont go cheap if you plan to build a NA motor and make horspower. You should sleeve the block and use aftermarket pistons and rods so you dont have to question IF you can rev it or not... you can just do it. Dont go cheap on a bottom end or you will end up needing a new motor.
Dude, didn't you already have a thread about the 2.0L B16?
If you're bent on having a 2.0L, then get a B20 block and have it sleeved instead of buying a stroker kit and sleeves for a B18.

Yes you will have to sleeve the block. In a B series you need an 84mm bore to make 2 liters of displacement. Golden eagle does good sleeve work and I think you can still pick up sleeved B18s for 950 shipped. It would probably be a better idea to go with some after market pistons and rods.
