i think my fan relay switch on my JDM H22A is shot. i unplugged the fans because they kept coming on at random and drained my old battery. could random fan activity be from a bad fan relay?

second question, and by the way all these problems happened this weekend which is making me wonder if they could be related. so i think my A/C Compressor is shot, last night something from that area starting smoking light crazy, it smelt like a combination of metal on metal and rubber/plastic burning. this morning i checked it out and the pulley of the A/C compressor doesnt always spin, and it appears to be a little wobbily when does.

any advice on the matters please. thanks

P.S. i think i might just delete my whole A/C assembly anyways.....
