Default Stud removal/installation

I need to remove/install a new exhaust manifold stud on my 99 EX (D-series). Can you guys tell me the easiest way to do this?

Thanks,
Brandon

Utilize 2 nuts if the stud isn't damaged. If it is shot, vise grips will do the trick. If you are using the 2 nuts. Put on nut on, then the other. Now tighten the nuts against each other. Use the inboard nut to loosen the stud with a open end wrench. The nut shouldn't come off because it tight against the other nut. I assume you've damaged the threads, so if you're replacing it use the vise grips.
