alright people, here's the scoop. my car (eg hatch bone stock) gets stolen and miraculously recovered the next day, but has an evidence hold on it for a week. durring this week i'm harrassed by the police and accused of a shooting involving my car. basically they interigate me and try to get me to confess to a crime i didn't commit. well, i go to jail for about 13 hours before bailing out. a couple of days later the district attorney's reject my case. long story short, my car is still in the impound cause i can't afford to take it out (1500.00 and climbing 46.00 per day), my gun was in the car (1000.00 hk usp 45. cal), my bail was a **** load (2500.00), the navy didn't pay me my last check because of all this bullshit (approx. 2200.00) and my s2000 is in the shop (7300.00 from laskey racing)...who can point me in the direction of a lawyer who can help me out?

 

try posting in the GDD, a lot of people view that section.

what a dream! i'd be scared if i had one like that too, i don't think i'd post it in h-t though. next time you have one, try talking to a shrink about it. either that or stop shooting at people.

you have a pwemit for the gun correct?
did they print the gun?
when did this shooting take place

maybe the thieves used your gun?

 

well when purchasing that gun im sure your intentions were to shoot somebody at some point in your life. so is it not possible that you did commit the shooting? thats rare that theyd recover a stolen car in one day. thats record time.

no, cause military anything is just no good!
yah, the gun was bought legitametly.
the gun wasn't found.
on the 12th of january in chula vista.

i don't know, but the **** i have been through as a result of what happened can't be without any reprocautions...expletive i hope not...i guess i'll find out, won't i.

Dude, if indeed there was a shooting with your gun, then you are F#$#ed. Even if you did not commit the crime.....It's going to be hard to prove that you didn't, any how I wish ya the best luck man, I got my EG impounded back in 06 for racing and I had to pay 1,000 so I know how it is.....

 

In America if you have or use a gun you are in the wrong. I dont care what the law says, thats just the way it is.


I have seen friends that are gun owners get royally screwed, this is why I will never own one
