i have a stock 93 cx hatch with the small *** engine, and its overheating now like alot and i turned it off to let it cool and started it back up like 15 min later to keep driving home and hella smoke plumed out and stuff, any ideas?

 

Sounds like a blown head gasket...

 

Yeah let me diagnose your car threw the internet right now....... Did I fix it?...... awww guess I can't magically do that. How do you expect us to know what it is? It obviously has something to do with the cooling system open your hood and look for a torn hose, cracked radiator, or any traces of coolant. Edit: did smoke come out the exhaust? if so then its a blown head gasket.

 

yeahh smoke came out, only for like 5 seconds then nothing out of the normal was coming out of my exhaust

 

probably torn hose somewhere, how is your radiator fluid? at this time of year i would say check your heater hoses, happened to 5 of my friends and all of them same problem heater hose that goes to the valve was torn.
