HOW MUCH HP IS STOCK FUEL RAIL GOOD FOR
Im building a boosted 2.0 for my integra the hp number we are shooting for is about 550-600 using a gt35r locally some people say im fine using a stock fuel rail
what do you think a stock type r fuel rail can handle or which fuel rail would you recommend i want somewhat of an oem look under the hood minus the turbo lol so nothing to flashy

You should ask for diameter size difference between stock and aftermarket companies.
BUT...If you are using stock lines to and from the tank, chances are you won't make enough power to need an upgraded fuel rail. Invest in a good pump setup before a new rail.

Walbro 255lph-hp fuel pump...stock lines...stock fuel rail...and stock fpr can be run safely to about 500-550whp. Its been done and proven time and time again on here. Obviously assuming you have the right size injectors.

what size injectors would be best to make 400hp with turbo?
It's best to start your own thread instead of bumping 14-year-old threads.
Besides desired horsepower, we also need to know what fuel you plan to run, at a minimum. Other things that play into it are what your base fuel pressure is, what specific fuel pump you'll be running, what brand injectors you plan to buy, and how much duty cycle margin you're comfortable with.
I'll assume you're building the exact setup like mine and give you a quick answer though. I was able to get 400hp out of my D16 on 1000cc/min injectors, running E85.
