stock fuel rail?

stock fuel rail?
I'm in the process of building my motor right now. I'm trying to get 400-450whp out of the new motor. Right now, I'm concentrating on the fuel system right now. All I have right now are a paxton external fuel pump(the big blue one), race fuel filter, and the braided fuel lines. I'm still trying get some 660cc injectors.
You guys think the stock fuel rail can support the horsepower rating I'm trying to achieve? The reason is that I think everybody is charging too much for a fuel rail...I might be stubborn, but I think 150 bucks is kinda high...

probably around 400hp that stock rail can handle..its been done before..but i dont recommend it esp with 660s..the fuel pulses from them causes havoc in those small rails.

what size is your fuel line. the ID of the stock rail is about 3/8. The thing that makes the stock rails gay are the banjo fittings on there. Cut all that crap off and slap some -6 AN fittings on there and you have yourself a high flow rail.

i'd switch those #'s around... go with either an 8 or 10 for the fuel line and a -6 or 08 as a return... and u can also just send ur return back into ur stock return metal return line... but in all honesty i dont know if this will work well... just an idea... can anyone confirm? i had it like this on my last motor but i wasnt pushing much power

ek9t is correct use a return line that is the same size or smaller. I know of two street driven circuit cars in Tokyo(turbo CTR and ITR) that put down 380~430whp depending on the boost level and track.
