Default clutch master/slave cylinder

i just changed my master and slave cylinder, and been bleeding it. The clutch is hard and has as much pressure as before, but the last inch of the clutch i still have to push up, it wont go all the way up. Can anybody please help?My car is a 96 h23.

i found out the problem, the switch was of.

I'm guessing he means the swith that must be disengaged when you push the cluch pedal down to start the car.

I still don't get how that was the problem though.
