Ok i did mine but it was a while back so let me see...
Rear tranny mount
Reverse switch ( if not already attached to tranny)
Tranny obviously
Shift linkage
Pedal assembly
Some wiring for disabling the parking feature.
Wiring Reverse light.
Clutch cable.
I think you need a drill to drill out the spot welds where the auto shifter plate is.
Think thats it.

so really i can just take a 91 si tranny and mount out along with the shift linkage and install and everything will work good along with the pedal and clutch cable not worried about the reverse right now lol

You will also need the shifter bushing and bracket that goes outside the cabin under the e-brake handle. The car doesn't have the holes there so you have to drill and use bolts and nuts to install it. Also remember to get the rubber boots that seal the shifter rod , other wise it will be a hot spot.
I wish someone would make a complete list of things needed.Im looking into this swap as well with an Si Tranny,I already have the pedal assembly in my car. Yea,Im rolling around with a clutch pedal in an auto
Major Parts needed:
-Pedal assembly, keep your old one cause you will have to switch over the gas pedal unless u want to change the cable out too
-flywheel and flywheel bolts as the auto bolts are much shorter
-Tranny of course, Si or DX 5 speed is good choice
-Clutch and pressure plate
-Clutch cable and firewall grommet
-Shift linkage with shifter and boot from 88 - 91 civic or crx
-Piece of steel to weld or glue in where the auto cable came up, so it doesn't get unreasonable hot in the car from your would be heat vent.
-wire to run from backup light switch on tranny to where auto shifter was
-.ecu
-tranny mount

Just look at the parts online and compare them. They should either look very similar or nothing alike. I would assume you would need a different bracket for a different transmission.
