Anyone know where I can get some small valve stems for old school JDM rims?? Do these exist in the US? Most of the wheel shops in the OC doesnt' carry them...

good reference man...

funny thing was I went to mount my tires on at America's Tires and they get thier wheel accessories from prestigewheel also... but never knew they carried these small valves..

 

the valve stems cost 2 dollars a piece. im pretty sure you only need a max of 4. but the site require you to but at least 50 dollars worth of parts.



but if you need it. go for it..!!!

 

i have gone there in person a couple of times and bought $30 worth of stuff and $15 worth of stuff...just call them and talk to them..i bet they only say the $50 minimum thing due to the majority of their customer base being mainly businesses.

yea i referred a couple people that own advan tc's and no complaints yet

 

I couldn't find any info on the site about them really. So the valve is down in the wheel and you just screw on filler necks to fill the tire than when you screw off the filler neck the valve in the wheel keeps the air in?

Do they come in black?

 

i have only personally seen them in chrome... i don't know about any different colors they come in .. might wanna email prestige about that...

but as far as the way they work..i think you hit the nail on the hammer

 

i just got them. i actually payed a 48 dollar minumum fee like the site said. but i think its well worth it.

these things work well and are specific to a lot of jdm wheels.

 

so motorcylce valve stems will work with my old school Volks?

I'm trying to get a hold of these smaller valve stems so I can mount my tires.
