Default Clutch moving in position.

1996 Honda Accord EX -- original clutch, 125,000 miles, brand new clutch master cylinder (about 4 weeks ago).

What's happening is very strange. When I first start the car in the morning, the clutch has a proper 1/2"ish amount of play at the top, but as I go on driving, it'll slowly work it's way upwards.

It will work it's way up till this is 0 play at the top, and it almost seems as though it could not be releasing completely (though I'm not getting any clutch slippage or anything).

As well, it will get a bit stiffer to press when it makes it up to the top.

Thanks for the help!

my dad's mechanic, a former ford mechanic, did it all. I'd have to believe he got it from NAPA where he got everything else.

yeah, i'd have to say you still have some air in the line too. Air expands as it heats up. Fluid does too but not to the extreme air does. Try running some high boiling point fluid and give it a 100% bleed. That should do it.
