No power to Deck or Anything else..

No power to Deck or Anything else..
Hi.. I have a 95 civic ej1.. And i just switched my battery and And when i switched it i dident realize my new battery terminals were on differnt sides and Tryed to start it backwards 
= Nothing happened .. So i switched it right and Then i went to start he car and everything is good, But im not geting no power to my Deck/Amp/EQ ... I checked ALL my fuses and there all good.. Could have something happened to my deck?
