I would love to meet up, I live in Chicago, and I've been waiting for a meet to start near by.

Sounds like we've got a lot of interest so far. I don't want to make this an ITR ONLY meet guys. I want to meet as many people from H-T as possible. Hell, I won't have my ITR with me anyways, so I guess I couldn't be part of it if it were ITR ONLY. hehe.

Well, if I'm still around the MW, I'd be glad to. Maybe we could trade and you guys could come down for the F1 race @ IMS later that month.

We gotta make this a sticky damnit. We're trying to organize this and make this work. I've never been to Chi-town yet either.

 

We had a decently big one last summer, where the hell was everyone that is complaining that we never had any meets.

That would be awesome and I would think about it. Unfortunately for me, this may not be possible since being an Architectural engineering major sucks huge donkey kong ***** when it comes to extra time during the school year.

 

Yeah, we had about 15 ITRs together last year. And a month ago we had 43 ITRs just east of Chicago, and went for a drive together on this nice stretch of road:



Just don't plan a meet AT an import car show. Good place for thieves...

 

The Battle of the Imports in an import drag and I guess a car show also. It's on the 14-15. I'll probably come up Friday the 13th (ooo..scary ) Anyway, I figured we could all meet on that Saturday maybe before OR after the Test n Tune/Qualifying for the import drag. The real race is on Sunday the 15th. I mean if people are worried about getting their cars stolen, we don't have to meet at the Battle of the Imports. We can meet elsewhere. Just help me set this up. Seems like there's a lot of H-T interest (not specifically in the ITR forum).

 

Battle isn't a car show you cacks...Its the only large race in the Midwest.

I live like 5 mins away from RT66, so a couple guys can crash...Maybe Ill rent the haus from my parents for the weekend...hah

I'm cutting it close with my new power-plant...god I hope Im finished.

It's more of a small car expo. I don't even know if there are judges there. I went two years ago and they had maybe 10 to 15 cars in the show off.

 

Since Sept. 14 is my b-day, can I bring my GSR and have fun too? Would like to meet some peeps from the board, and visit Chi-town.
