Default HEATER+HEADLIGHT

After i did my swap my heater doesnt turn on and also my right headlight doesnt turn on either. Including the radiator fan does not turn on.I looked around behind the headlight to see if any wires were not plugged in, and they all were. Before i go tearing into sumthin far more in depth when it could be something very simple i was wondering is there any common things that tend to "go" on these cars? And also all fuses were checked and none of them were blown. Sugestions?

Check your wiring and learn to type.

Sounds like your wiring is seriously expletiveed up if it was okay before.

What do you mean you heater doesn't turn on?

Does the blower not work or does it just not get hot?

What car and what engine? Your new block could have a bad fan switch in it ro the wiring could be wrong. That would be my explanation for the rad fan not working.

Being more polite garners more responses.

Capitalization helps too.

If it was the fan switch not working, no, I don't think that's inline with your headlights, so no, it wouldn't casue it to not work - it isn't impossible however.

If you'd like to look at wiring diagrams or the helms manual you might discover this information on your own.

Plenty could be unplugged that you missed. Like the fan switch. Or a pin if you depinned and repinned.

I was talking about the fan switch because your rad fan wasn't working, it would have no impact on your headlight. You may also check the fan relay and the motor for the fan using a Helms manual.

As far as the headlight, maybe you pinched or severed some wiring on that side? Have you checked all the ground points on that side of the bay as well?

For the blower motor, make sure your fuses and relays are all good as well as the resistor.

Did you check your head light bulb to see if it went out? That could be a possibility, and just take the time to go over all your wires obviously.
