guys, here's the question -----> what's the difference between a short ram air intake and a long ram ??

never heard of long ram intake before...
-but short ram is when the intake filter collects air from specifically around the engine bay, which would mean when the engine reaches operating temperature, it will be intaking warm air...
-cold air intake (long ram intake in your case) is when the intake is designed to collect air from the most forward position possible where the most cold air can be collected...
some short ram systems are no better than stock intakes
