hey i just recently bought a em1 ... with a t3/t4 turbonetics turbo on 19 psi pushing 355 to the wheels ... and im going to buy some slicks ... would anyone suggest what i should launch on ... and this may seem like a dumb question but when i have it on neutral and step on the gas it revs on like 4000 if like it had two step or something but when i step on it slowly it revs all the way ... does anyone kno why that happens ????

 

you need a launch limiter, like you thought.

i would suggest looking into a boost controller as well. the NLR AMS-500 being the 1st option and the NLR AMS-1000 being the 2nd !

 

search for pre loading as well.

I think dave is talking about a boost controller where you can change the psi in each gear. Not one that you can change from 10- 40 psi overall, one that will allow you to change the psi in each gear.
