thats 50 cent diff. it will add up to be almost 15-20 dollers cheaper a month
if you add it all up it will be around 100-200 you save
thats 100-300 depending on how much you use you can use on gas or your car or whatever.
i switched over and its been one year and i calculated my savings and i saved 214 dollers in one year.
you will have all the same things, same guy checking your meter, same quality its just that when your billed it wont say what you currently have, for example txu, it will say the company i work for.
the best thing is that if you dont like it you can just cancel it and switch back to what you had before at no charge

Wouldn't it be 1/2 of a penny, not 50 cents if those prices are "cents per kilowatt hour". Are those figures for a certain amount of KWH used?

Good advice: It's a good idea to contact your current current provider to make sure you won't be charged an early termination fee for switching your service. Read the terms of service document that would be coming with the welcome packet. You'll have 3 federal business days to cancel if you don't agree.


Are you sure this would not have any sort of contract length with Stream?

nope there is no contract with stream. good question thou but you can switch to another provider anytime you want with out any penalty, termination For switching. but on the other hand iF you are on contract with your current provider you should check iF you have a penalty For cancel most oF the time cancel Fee is like 100 dollers but you will save more then 100 in one year.

most providers rates go up in the summer stream will never go up it will stay the same thats the good thing about it
