Default How hard is it to swap an auto to manual tranny for 96+ EKs?

I have been searching for an EK for awhile now here and there and all of the manual EKs are over 110K+ (I just prefer low miles). I'm looking for something around 80K miles and I've found one at a Honda dealership going for cheap.

I just did one and for the most part it isn't too bad. The pedals were kind of a pain, but not as hard as most people say. I will know how well it went tonight when I try and start it. Follow this thread. It was pretty helpful.
