Definitely replace those fender.....
With regard to mods, why not keep it stock and go have some reliable fun with in on track? If you live in Crofton your closest tracks (road, not drag) are Summit and VIR.
Also.. if that is your new daily until the new STI's come out, i'd be very very careful where you drive it frequently. Your new daily driver comes with a magnet for thieves.

also, if you're talking about selling the car to put "money" back in your pocket, I'd recommend NOT turboing it.
Fastest way to make an ITR drop value is to do all the stuff you are talking about doing to it. (with the exception of changing out the fenders)
If you're having boost withdrawls, they do make a turbo Geo Metro.

To the OP - you do not DESERVE to own an ITR. You posted like you were proud to own the car when you could really give two ***** what happens to it. Just another guy with more dollars than sense. Just sell it to someone who will take care of it and go buy another Soobie. Boo to you sir, boo to you
