Sorry for not having a better pic. Paint looks a bit rough but it does seem to have a clear coat. Think it can be buffed out? Ive also read about wetsanding then buffing, but wouldnt sanding it just rub off the paint?

 

It may seem that the reflection is distorted because of picture quality, but thats kinda how it is in person. It was said to be repainted, but the psi was off?

 

you need to wash it first, then post new pictures, if anything the paint just looks old
