i was driven down the road and bump in my ef 4 door

when i hit the bump my radio just off and my trunk light came on
i thought my trunk poped open so i went to close ti and it was close

so then when i got home i opened the door and my dome light won't come on and when i hit the switch the clock goes out and the trunk light goes on

i have no clue where to start
