Default Car preparation for competition school?

Speaking specifically to people who have just recently completed the NASA comp school/obtained their license...

What exactly is needed to pass inspection FOR THE SCHOOL? Must I have all equipment needed for racing to enter the comp school? I'm guessing the answer is a definitive "yes", but am hoping that by having the intent to not race until October (VIR North), I'd have a little more time to compile everything. Specifically, I still need to obtain a kill switch, nomex attire, fire bottle, and tow hooks. Aside from that, I believe the car is ready. I did a search, but couldn't come up with anything.

Thanks for any help you guys can give to a hopeful

i know the comment and reply were made light hearted with knowing intent, but i think it needs to be stated that you shouldnt race a car that youre not ready to walk away from after balling it up or willing to rebuild. why else would you put a rollcage in your car then.

btw, the reason i say this is because i try to convince myself of this everytime i go out on track. its quite difficult...

- Nomex socks/shoes

Don't forget a balaclava if you have facial hair.

Or if you find it easier to put a balaclava (vs your helmet) in the washing machine...

And don't forget your racing gloves, unless you're Corey.
