Default Question about a particular gauge cluster

Hi guys,

I'm new to the whole civic portion of the game. I've owned two S2000s and a NSX, and now currently a C5 ZO6. In either case, there was a tenant in our building running a shop and he couldn't pay rent for three months. As the landlord, we were forced to take back the space. He left a bunch of parts in the space, including a gauge cluster that is in km/h. I'm not particularly sure which one it is though. It does not have the red lettering, but goes up to 8000 rpm redline. Can anyone give me a clue as to which one I have, and how much this particular unit usually sells for used?

What color is the gauge face? If the lettering isn't red, I assume it's white, so I again assume it is black faced. If the speedo goes up to 220km/h, it sounds like a '99-00 SIR cluster. They sell for about $150CAN.

Yeah the face isn't white like the one pictured above and it does go up to 220 km/h.
