Hey guys, I am posting this for a fellow honda friend..... He recently has discovered that his motor that he purchased for his new all motor D build seems to have a aftermarket cam in it. The cam does not appear to be anything either of us have seen before. The cam in question came out of a D16Z6. Seemed to be stock all but for the FPR. OK.. on with the details!!

It has the number "12" stamped twice on the dizzy side of the cam, one of the "12s" being at 12 O'clock, and the other being at 6 O'clock. We measured the total lift on the VTEC lobe and it apears to be .437" lift IN. side, and .427" on the EX. Sorry guys no duration as we are limited with just a micrometer.

I might be out to lunch here...... but Im thinking this cam is not a honda cam and was hoping my fellow H-Techers could help me out!!!
