Default 95 Ex Auto 2 Manual swap questions?

First of all, I did a search and it didn't help me much. Basically, what I got were a list of parts that I needed. I just wanted to ask how hard is this swap? Being I'm even asking this question, I won't be doing this myself if I do it at all. I will more than likely try finding a mechanic/shop that wants to tackle this. Whats all involved and how much $$$ does everyone think I can expect to invest in it. This will tell me if it's even worth it. Thanks in advance.

pretty straight forward bro cuz the tranny ecu is almost completly seperate from all else. youll need
-shift linkage
-shifter housing
-manual trans
-tranny mount for manual trans

also gonna need to change over flywheel/clutch stuff
on a scale 1 - 10 id give it a five just need parts.

anyone else add in whatever i missed

I did a whole write up about this, I have access to a shop so I rate this a 5 only because of the fact that you have to gather parts. Honestly the hardest part is the pedal assembly and not because its hard to install pedals but its just a bitch to work down there. Getting the conversion mount makes everything so much easier then having to worry about welding and cutting. Ecu can be converted to manual by replacing a resistor with a jumper wire. One hole has to be covered up where the old shifter cable use to exit the body. It cost me about 300$ to do the whole swap, but thats because I did the labor myself and got lucky my friend had just swapped his motor out and had his tranny laying around and gave it to me for free.

Thanks fellas!

Keep the info coming because I've wanted a clean 95 ex for awhile and I've found one, only thing holding me back is that it's an auto so I'm going to need all the info/help I can get as I'm not the most mechanically inclined. ejoner, do you have a link to your write up? Thanks again.
