Thats what I figured, thats stupid to only have 1500 rpm of vtec. My k20eg is set at 4500. By the way the tsx exhaust cam is bigger than the type-s and ITR. Its just the intake side is smaller.
i did a Injen CAI install and i can BARELY hear the sound, you will only notice it if you know wut RPM it comes on at, but it is sooo soft... i want to do a Type S head swap or just keep the head and swap the cams

I understand what you mean by barely being able to hear Vtec. For me after rolling a LS Teg with a poorman's type R then a LS-VTEC. Driving a luxury loaded TSX 6-Speed is a breath of fresh air.

yea i hear you man... but its not really poormans, its what you can afford! people are just haters out there who call it poor mans... but oh well... i could have bought a GSR or a Type R but i chose a TSX
but for real!!!! the TSX is a better deal for all around... up here in canada, i cant drive a Type R all year round and the TSX has traction control which is perfect for me, so im happy... but i am looking for a 2001 ITR still

Becareful with swapping the cams because the TSX springs and retainers are way smaller. And barly hold the cam swap and you just cant swap the springs because the seats are smaller too.
