Default RR vibration under acceleration

Hey guys i have a weird problem that even the dealer cannot find. Under acceleration i get a bad vibration/shake from the right rear i was thinking cv or differential has anyone had this problem or had any similar problems. Thanks guys

you might have to flip your cv joints

a search would have been beneficial but it is indeed ur cv axles...flip em just as silent dancer stated

axel nut TSB...

had mine tightened down and readjusted as soon as i got my car...

tell your dealer hes a expletivein moron and shouldnt be selling cars if they cant fix them...

do you have the proper tools? the axel nut has to be torqued down a lot... also, mark it with a pen where the notch used to be and compare it to the position after proper torquing... youll be really surprised...

It takes 220ft-lb for the axle nut and a 36mm socket (Napa has them I discovered).

But I doubt the vibration is from the axle nut...that will cause a clicking sound and then squealing as you wheel bearing dies.

As others have said...more than likely the inner cv buckets. Just swap drivers side for passenger side. This is a common issue on cars that have been lowered after they have a few miles on them.

Note: the axles cannot be swapped. They are different lengths. Only swap the inner CV buckets.
