Whining noise in 2000 Accord
My wife's car just recently started making a whining noise when it is moving. It only makes this noise as the car is moving. As the brake is applied, the noise fades and goes away when stopped. It does not make this noise when idleing or being revved up. It sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side wheel area.
Any ideas/suggestions?

The noise does not change when the wheel is turned. Only when making a turn because the brake is being pressed.
It is an automatic and I haven't noticed any leaking at all.
Thanks for your input so far.

when the differential bearings wear it whines and usually the axle seals leak. put the car up on a hoist or ramps and take a look
She actually said that the noise lasted for less than a minute yesterday and she drove it for about 65 miles total. Any other ideas? Thanks
