little 90 feels like dieing at idle :(

Default little 90 feels like dieing at idle :(
so i finally took the car out after 9 months sitting in the garage.. bought a new battery and took it for a little drive.. sitting at the stop light Neutral gear foot on brake i feel the car shaking at sounds like the car is dieing but it doesn't

anyone know whats up with it?
