car drops idle low when letting off??

car drops idle low when letting off??
My car idles fine when i sit at a light the when i let of the brake the idle drops to like 100 to 200 like it going to die on me but it will bounce back to normal idle, what causes that to happen?? also it does that when i take the key out and the turbo timer stays on

check where your idle is at, mine would do the same thing but i adjusted the idle screw to a couple hundred RPMs lower and it never did it again.
