i'm having some problems with my wipers, the first setting where the wipers pause between wipes does not work. the slow constant and fast constant settings work fine. any ideas? seems like it would be like a relay or something but i'm not too good with electronics.

 

I would start with the relay.

 

It could be the switch.

 

Have you messed with the wiring to it at all? Could be the switch goin bad, test it.

 

no i haven't touched anything electrical. it started when my alternator went bad and caused a bunch of problems like blowing the fuse in my cig lighter, the memory fuse for the clock, messed up my V1 radar detector, etc.

 

Did you check your wiper fuse? Test the switch

 

by switch do you mean the leaver itself?
