What's the deal, it seems like the cool well built imports are either out west in the land of fruits and nuts, or in Virginia! Yeah, I know I'll get trashed for saying it, but you gotta agree those places get all the attention. I grew up in VA, and haven''t moved far away now (NC), but I can tell when I go to visit my family that the import scene is bigger up there. Why would that be? I mean, the laws in VA, don't make car modification easy, and the cops and state troopers are jerks! I have a friend in VA with a really tricked out Jetta and all his friend's have nice Hondas... but what is it with imports and VA, can anyone tell me?

Gee that's nice, but I asked about imports. When I was in VA I was big into Mustang 5.0s and off-road vehicles. I had a couple Mustangs, I liked cars... I still like cars here in NC, but it seems the import scene in VA is bigger than around here... any reasoning?

Its funny you ask that because in a post a little ways down where someone asked about Ceas, and somone claimed NOVA gets to much attention for no reason. I dont know Ceas, never met the guy nor any of the people on this site that are from VA. But from what I have seen from Ceas and his peoples is that they build some hella nice cars, along with lots of other people from VA. I know that you werent trying to hate muskrat, but I think they reserve alot of credit for bringing nice clean hondas-acuras to the forefront in VA. BTW, you should just move back to VA and join the club.

Move back to VA? haha VA may be considered part of the south, the people sure don't act like it. OK, it's not that bad, but I love NC, plus I can have a mild import down here and people go nuts over it! haha Seems like since people don't know much about imports around here they are more intimidated by them. My daily driver right now is a 4 door '91 Accord AUTOMATIC, it isn't odd for a Corvette or Z28 to try and race me! haha I love this state.
