Default Spark plug defoulers!

ok i got a dc header and i did the defouler thing were u drill the one out and put it on the back on and u put the front one direct in the header but i am still throwing a check engine light and i got it code and it says it for the A/F sensor 11 so i dk what to do now ?!?!

What code are you getting? P0420 is for the O2 sensor, and the code I get the most often (even with the O2 sim). I just reset it and be done with it. If you need to, make the hole smaller on the O2 sim so that it allows less exhaust to the O2 sensor. Otherwise you should be able to go quite a while without a CEL, but it will throw a code from time to time and the only way to be rid of it forever is to get KPro and disable OBDII codes.

i dk what the number were but i did reset it and it turned back on when i got to the end of my drive way so it only take 5 mins to turn back on everytime i reset it so it like the defoulers r not even working so i dk what to do

same thing goes for me. i dont know why the check light keep coming on after reseting it. i gave up and just left it alone with the check light on still. defouler didnt work for my dcrh.

my buddy had this same thing happen in his hatch...if you look at the actual code that it is throwing it really could be the 02 sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. if you didn't put it on at the same time you switched header then it could have burnt it up. also not sure on the exhaust systems on these but is there 2 o2's or just one? cause he put his on the second o2 and it was the first one from the exhaust ports that was bad. hopefully this helps out some people.

im pretty sure it throwing the code for the first one there is two of them though one in front of the cat and one behind i think the one in the front it the one throwing the code ill try replacing it and see if that helps out any i hope so cause it feels like my car slower with the check engine on and it feels like it just not runnning right i dk
