Default B18b1 swap code 41

Last week I swapped my 94 hatch with a b18b1. Everything was fine and I didn't have not one cel. The other day I had to tap a thread for one of the holes in the tranny but my header was in the way so I took it off and it was kinda hanging by the o2 sensor. When I was done, put the header back on and I got a check engine light. Today I pulled the code and it was a code 41. I think thats a primary o2 sensor heater. What does mean? What needs to be fixed or checked? I know if its a code 1 my o2 is bad, but what does it mean by heater?
Thanks for any help.

if you gut the cat on a civic with a d16y7 is it normal for that to make the check engine light come on?? (obd2)

kay, if you left it hanging by o2 sensor. The o2 sensor plug which connects to your engine wiring harness could of came loose. Go back underneath the car and check if any wiring has come loose, or the plug came loose. Maybe the extra weight of the header disconnected the plug or maybe wire came loose. Just check it out and let us know.

BTW, I checked the o2 and everything seems fine. It was plugged in tight and the wires seem fine. I even unplugged the harness clip and plugged it back in and reset the ecu, still got the CEL. I dont get why it would **** the bed like that. Also, ever since then, my idles is all fucked. When idlin and I rev it a bit and let off, it kinda slowly idles back down. Would the o2 being bad cause that also?

it means that you prolly ripped out the primary o2 sensor heater wire out of o2 or the plug. Try to hardwire it to the harness it might fix your problem. I don't know about hondas but if you unplug the o2 sensor on the nissans (obd II) you will have a check engine light for 500 miles (unless you reset the ECU).
