93 cx hatch, usdm GSR,obd2, Vtec not working....searched and tried...Details inside!

93 cx hatch, usdm GSR,obd2, Vtec not working....searched and tried...Details inside!
ok this is what I tried:
-replaced Solenoid (3 times)
-I ran the wires to the shock tower to the ecu (ff-squad)
-cleaned the solenoid
-coolant temp is good....
-ecu swapped out 3 times...
The last thing I was about to try was straight wiring from the solenoid to the ecu....
Anybody out there who can possibly come up with something I missed...
