I'd recommend getting an ACT stage 2 clutch and a new heavy flywheel, paired with Quaife (or the newest OBX) L.S.D. You should also buy a new oil pump and have it bored out -- the d16y8 oil pumps suck ***. Check the head and make sure it's balanced, put in ARP headstuds and a new head gasket (OEM only). Oops, you already have that there, my bad.

You'll need set of BF Goodrich tires to boot also, you'll want the best tires to get adequate traction.. Um, that's all I can think of now.

As for the turbo manifold -- I'd get either a log manifold (reliable and quick to spool) or a ramhorn (really bitchin' to look at and have great power potential -- reliable also but a bit more $$)...

I'd definately get a medium sized t3/t4 turbo (EXTERNAL WASTEGATE!) to make your horsepower goals, along with a test pipe and a 3 inch exhaust from the downpipe back.

Oh, and you definately need like 2 or 3 step colder spark plugs - I didn't see that on your list.
