Help... I have a H22 with a turbo running 8.5LBS of boost. 2.5" exhaust msd ignition with blaster coil. spark plugs wires. RC550CC injectors. hondata s300 in a p28 ecu. plus more but it is only puting down 230hp to the wheels. any ideas

 

We need a dyno chart, A/F's, and more information about your build before we can even begin to help.

 

got a little more info? what turbo? is it a kit? if so, what kit? stock engine?

its pieced togather t3t4 turbo with thrustbaring. large frontmount intercooler

 

and its a stock motor it should be puting down 280-300 to the wheels but 230 when i did the first dyno it put down 252 i intigrated the wastgate into the down pipe and then it put down 200 i lost 52hp. now i put on a highflow cat and cut off most of my exhaust from 2 1/4 to 2.5" exhaust.

boost is strong and steady im thinking that i just need to make my exhaust bigger 2.5 all the way back

Do you mean bigger than 2.5 all the way back, or are you saying that the entire exhaust isn't already 2.5 all the way back?
