Please help if you have any clue what's going on here...everybody I've asked don't really know what's going on here....somedays the driving light will flash on my dash & it won't go off till you cut the car off & it's an automatic & somedays it won't come out of park...it's like it's stuck & you have to hit the brakes really hard to get it out of park into drive. So...if yall have any idea what the problem is please help a chick out, I'd really apprecitate it thanks *Em

 

We've installed a lot of brake switches on that particular car. It could be bad or out of adjustment. When the problem occurs...get someone to see if the brake lights work.

As far as the D4 light flashing. That will need to be diagnosed with a scanner. It's most likely a code pertaining to the transmission...we install a lot of transmissions on those as well.
