Default Interior De-Gunking?

The last owner of my EJ2 used some kind of super glue to put a "Civic" emblem on the dash and it just left a crusty mess of glue there.

I've tried to freeze it and use goof off to scrape it away but nothing works. Would something stronger like brake fluid or nail polish remover help without ruining the plastic on the dash?

It seemed to be a waste to ask this in any other forum since you guys deal with painting and paint removal along these lines so any advice would help.

are you sure it's superglue?

they see a superglue remover in hobby store, just don't get it all over your dash
